Vantaa is the most international city in Finland, with over 20 percent of its population being multilingual, and it boasts a highly robust business sector. The international airport bringing it’s own flavor to the city. Tommo Koivusalo is Director of Economic Development and Business Services at City of Vantaa. Koivusalo’s broad experience covers leadership positions in the private sector, the public sector and the third sector. The guiding principle in his work is to build comprehensive co-operation and development initiatives between all these sectors to prepare for Vantaa’s take off to a positive prosperous future. WORKSHOP: AI assistant in 60 minutes with JCI tools at hand

Workshop will be held by Senator #81992 and Microsoft MVP Karl-Johan Spiik. Presenting a technical solution that saves time for JCI members, presidents or board members for developing operations and meeting others - instead of manually going through applications or filtering a large pile of information. Artificial intelligence does not work for us, but it can be delegated a lot of work that eats up time. If managers don't understand or see how easily this can be done, they won't know how to ask for these tools and connect it to their own activities. Workshop in English |

When Ilmatar was founded, there was barely wind power and even less solar power in Finland. When you are leading the bunch, one needs to define the rules. Mikko is an other half of founding persons of Ilmatar and has been leading the change of Finnish energy field for over decade. During this time, Ilmatar has brought over 1,5 billion euros worth of renewable energy investment into Finnish energy field. |

No worries, this security-themed panel discussion will build trust in the future! The security panelists are: Jarno Limnéll (top left), a member of parliament and a work life professor of cybersecurity at Aalto University. Jarno has over 25 years of experience in security and security policy, having served as an officer in the Defense Forces. Katri Liekkilä (top right), responsible for international cooperation at the National Emergency Supply Agency. Katri's areas of expertise include resilience, critical infrastructure protection, preparedness regulation, and the resilience work of the EU and NATO. Laura Kankaala (bottom left), Threat Intelligence Lead at F-Secure. Kankaala is an information security researcher, a benevolent hacker, and a speaker who wants to make the internet a slightly better place and help consumers understand cybersecurity. Markus Hammarström (bottom right), Safety Manager for the City of Vantaa. Hammarström is a multidisciplinary expert in overall security, with a solid educational background from the Police University College and extensive work and leadership experience both in the police force and the municipal sector. |

The area spring conference culminating Lexus-Gala of the Kaaos 2025 on Saturday 8.3.2025 will be held in Sokos Hotel Flamingo in the event spaces Bankett an Eventi! The Lexus-Gala includes a celebration, awards for the previous year's successors and a three-course menu. There will be a bus transfer to Lexus-Gala and back to Sokos Hotel Vantaa.

The registration fee covers the three-course lunch as part of the program, as well as transportation to the airport via local trains from Vantaa. Participants can purchase drinks on-site at their own expense. Registered attendees will be separately confirmed whether they will take part in the program at the hotel or a separate program.

LOCATION
The location can't be an excuse not to attend Kaaos 2025! Urban Tikkurila is administration and trade center of Vantaa, which is 4th biggest city in whole Finland. Tikkurila might be one of the easiest locations to arrive with public transports. You can get to Vantaa with train, bus or even plane! There is a paid parking lot at Hotel for those, who plan to arrive with car.

Hotel is released from the renovation chaos on November 2024 and the hotel is known as "Swedish cruise ship simulator". Sokos Hotel Vantaa offers conference and training facilities and it also acts as opening party, after party and accommodation location. The A & B area spring conference Lexus-Gala will be held in Sokos Hotel Flamingo. We have organized a bus transfer to the Lexus-Gala and back to Hotel Vantaa, so there is no need for transportation chaos!
